Trends
Company, client, agent, hourly and attendance trends — rendered only from saved deterministic data
Company Trends
Weighted Overall Talk % and Weighted Overall Abandonment % use the same ownership rules as Daily Upload — Talk Percent owns Talk %, Abandoned Calls by Client owns Abandonment % and Calls. Active Agents counts agents with Calls > 0 that day. Days with no uploaded data are simply absent from the line, never invented.
Client Trends
Volume and abandonment history for one campaign across the selected range, plus material movers (first-half vs. second-half of the range) using the same thresholds as Daily Upload's Trend Analysis (±15% volume, ±3 points abandonment, 20-call minimum).
Agent Trends
Talk % (from Talk Percent) and AHT / Wrap Time per Call (from Agent AHT) for one agent across the selected range.
Hourly Trends
Same-weekday + same-hour service pattern — average abandonment % per hour across every occurrence of the selected weekday found within the selected range. This is the same comparison basis used by Daily Upload's Hourly Trend, never a plain trailing-day average.
Staffing Pressure
Historical demand-pressure patterns by weekday and hour, computed only from the canonical Planned Staffing Engine (schedule-based capacity) and the same authoritative hourly call source already powering Dashboard's Hourly Call Performance and Hourly Staffing Diagnostic. Call Detail is intentionally not used here. These are factual ratios only — no staffing recommendations, thresholds, or overstaffed/understaffed judgments are made.
Attendance Trends
Trailing 7-day and 30-day reliability windows computed back from the Range End date — the same fixed windows Daily Upload uses. No 60/90-day windows exist in V1. VGH-related statuses are excluded from incident counts entirely.
